We are committed to supporting people to grow through dance at every stage of their journey. Over the years, we have created a range of development opportunities, including training programmes, mentoring, and associate artist roles, helping to open up meaningful pathways in dance.
We believe in nurturing individuals, celebrating diverse cultural knowledge, and creating opportunities for artists to learn from one another. By investing in people, we strengthen not only our team but also enrich the experiences we share with participants, audiences and communities.
