SEFTON Park will be alight with magic and mystery tonight for the Hallowe’en Lantern Carnival.
6.30 – 8.30pm Sefton Park, Liverpool.Starts: The Obelisk Monument (Aigburth Drive/ Croxteth Drive).
This year Movema community performance group will be dressed as scary fairies and dancing some wicked tribal moves.
Hundreds of people from across the city will come together with their hand made lanterns for an enchanting procession through the park, joined by troupes of weird and wonderful characters, musicians, dancers and the Lantern Company’s spectacular array of illuminated giant puppets, creatures of the night and other bizarre manifestations of the imagination!
