Exciting new African Dance class with live drummer! Director Ithalia will be teaching a face to face dance class Undulating Rhythms accompanied by Felix Ngindu. The sessions run on Tuesdays 6.30- 7.30pm at The Invisible Wind Factory, Liverpool.

Feel the heat of the Caribbean with this new class that promises to get your body moving and feeling good. Undulating Rhythms brings the energy of carnival fusing the traditions of West African dance. Entwined with Afro Caribbean folk dance and Soca. Come and express yourself whilst getting fit dancing within this melting pot of movement. Suitable for all levels.
