To realise our vision Movema is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Business Development Manager. Working closely with the Co-Directors and team to build the capacity of the organisation allowing Movema to reach its potential in terms of impact, artistic excellence and diversity.
The new Business Development Manager will be closely involved in building a new business plan and managing key areas, including fundraising to ensure the organisation is stable, effective, financially resilient and sustainable in the long term.

The part-time (4 days per week) Business Development Manager will need to be highly organised, with knowledge and experience of strategic fundraising, business planning and the ability to work individually and as part of a dynamic team.
There is the opportunity for the role to develop in the future to share with the Co-Artistic Directors/CEOs the accountability for the successful running of the company.
