We are so excited to host our 3rd Masterclass with Shiyin Huang. Shiyin specialises in Chinese classical dance and Chinese ethnic folk dance.
Graduate of Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. Now a PhD student in Dance Science at The University of Edinburgh.
Shiyin has performed in Spain, Britain, France, Taiwan, Kyrgyzstan, and Pakistan.
Date: Tuesday 9 November
10am- 12pm: An introduction to Chinese classical dance, sharing the historical context and fundamental components of the form.
1-3pm: will be an opportunity for experienced dance artists to explore tricks and techniques of Chinese dance.
