Get your feet moving with Sean-nós, the joyful, improvised ‘old style’ percussive dance of Ireland.
Led by Movema’s Maria Malone alongside fiddle player Mikey Kenney and live musicians, you’ll learn traditional steps, explore the history of Sean-nós and discover how to improvise and respond to the music in your own way.
All abilities welcome, no experience needed!
