As part of the Wildfire Rising Programme, Movema and Cheshire Dance are offering free Artist Development Days, for dance artists who are keen to develop their practice at any stage in their career.
The next will be Thursday 6th April at The Lion Salt Works in Northwich. The day will include:
- Dabke Masterclass taught by Sylvia Ferreira from Hawiyya dance Company
- Opportunities to network with artists and organisations
- And a practical workshop focusing on delivering dance in education settings facilitated by Emma from Cheshire Dance and Sheetal from Movema.
Bursaries available for Global Majority Artists.
Lion Salt Works is an accessible building with lifts. It’s located around 20 minute walk from the station, and there is free parking at the venue.
