Penny will be joining a Bloco of dancers and drummers from Tribo Band to perform and parade with musical legend Carlinhos Brown at Notting Hill Carnival on Monday 29th August!
Through music and dance we will be celebrating and promoting the Afro Brazilian culture of Bahia, continuing the fight for equality through arts.
AND celebrating Carlinhos Brown’s 60th Birthday!
